This Chardonnay is light, golden yellow in colour with a tinge of green. The aromas are of fig and tropical fruits with obvious and well-integrated French oak and yeast complexity. The wine has a round palate with layers of flavour and a well structured mouth feel.
A wine ideally suited to poultry, game birds, pork & creamy pasta.
