This Merlot is vivid violet in colour with a dense dark centre. Prominent are the herbaceous blackcurrant and capsicum aromas while the subtle background of smokey oak adds texture and extra dimensions. The palate is full and weighty while the flavours are long matching the silky tannins.

A wine ideally suited to beef, spicy meats, kangaroo and roast duck.
