Semillon Sauvignon Blanc


The blending of these two varieties results in a clear wine with tinges of green at the edges. It has an aromatic nose of violets, lychees and lemon blossoms with undertones of green tea and exotic spices. The palate has tropical fruit characters with a juicy persistent acidic finish.

A wine ideally suited to all seafood and all spicy foods.

Baume At Harvest 11.2º Semillon, 12.1º Sauvignon Blanc
Fermentation Selected cultures for 19 days at 12ºC to 18ºC.
Maturation Cool storage in stainless steel tank until bottling.
Alcohol 11.5%
Acid 7.35 g/L
pH 3.17
