Aged to perfection in the cool of our underground cellar, this Shiraz is possibly the best value red wine in all of the Hunter Valley. Peppery, but smooth at the same time. Powerful, yet creamy and delicate as well. Great fruit characters, dark plums dominating.
Ideal with steak, lamb shanks, meatlovers pizza or aged cheeses. Drinking beautifully now, but will benefit from further careful cellaring.
