Limited Release William Shiraz
This wine is deep crimson in colour with intense berry fruit aromas complexed with delicate oak. The palate is medium bodied with rich blackcurrant and ribena like fruit flavours. The tannins are soft silky smooth. This wine will continue to improve with 8 to 10 years bottle age.
A wine ideally suited to beef, spicy meals, kangaroo, veal and roast duck.
