Made in the traditional Hunter style, this Semillon was produced with no oak maturation. This wine has an attractive honey bouquet with soft full bodied citrus / lime flavours while the finish is crisp and dry. After extended cellaring this wine will metamorphose resulting in the creamy/toasty characters for which this style is revered.
A wine ideally suited to all seafood and pasta.
