New Generation Shiraz

New Generation Shiraz

This Shiraz is bright cherry-red in colour with an attractive fruit aroma of ripe plums, blackberries and subtle oak. The palate is medium bodied, yet exhibits full spicy, peppery flavours with a soft, round tannin finish. This wine has an excellent balance of acid and fruit and will continue to improve with 4 to 6 years bottle ageing.

A wine ideally suited to beef, spicy meals, kangaroo, veal and roast duck.
