Current Vintage = 2021

This wine is medium to light straw in colour with a fresh green hue on the edges.  The aroma is brimming with citric lemon and lime essence. 

There are tropical fruit flavours throughout, with a crisp acidic finish. Over time, this wine will develop characters and nuances that will surprise even the most discerning wine lover.

A wine ideally suited to fruit platters, grilled fish and creamy pasta.
