Classic expression of the most popular Hunter white variety - zesty and vibrant, with lemon and lime on the nose, followed by lovely lemongrass freshness on the palate. Gentle acidity nicely balanced with citrus fruits characters.

A wine ideally suited to fresh seafood (sashimi, oysters, prawns), as well as vegetarian antipasto.

Ready to go now, but will age well in the bottle.
