Aged to perfection in the cool of our underground cellar, this Semillon is still in the vibrant, young stage of its life, but it has started showing the first signs of mellowing out. Lovely citrusy aromas, lemon & lime dominating. Firm, but not overpowering acidity, and exceptionally long mid-palate, that lingers on and on.
Ideal with fresh oysters, sashimi and prawns. Drinking nicely now, but will benefit from further careful cellaring.
