This traditional Hunter Semillon has citrus-like aromas with a soft, full, clean and fresh flavoured palate. With 5 to 7 year bottle maturation the wine will develop into a rich, toasty and smokey, full bodied wine.

This classic style of wine is what the Hunter Valley is famous for.

A wine ideally suited to all seafood and creamy pasta.
