Aged to perfection in the cool of our underground cellar, this Shiraz is peppery, but smooth at the same time. Powerful, yet creamy and delicate as well. Great fruit characters, dark plums dominating. Firm oak tannins at the finish.
Ideal with steak, lamb shanks, meatlovers pizza or aged cheeses. Drinking beautifully now, but will benefit from further careful cellaring.
