Draytons Wines is the oldest winery in Pokolbin. Established in 1853, it is the longest continuously operating winery in the Hunter Valley, and one of the oldest wineries in Australia. Famous for white wines, red wines, fortified wines (tawnys and liqueurs) of outstanding quality, and specialising in aged and museum releases.
