Carefully aged in our cellars, this classic Hunter Shiraz is smooth and rich, yet dry and peppery. It has power and it has elegance - all wonderfully balanced. Full of dark fruit aromas and flavours. Plums, black currants, blackberries, blueberries. Satisfying long finish.

Pair it with all meat dishes, as well as roasted veggies, hard cheese and charcuterie boards.
