Barrel-aged 21 years (avg).

Made from the very best reserve tawnys held at the Draytons Museum Cellras.  The oldest wines in this solera-system blend are more than 50 years old, and give it the depth of flavour it is famous for.

Luscious, rich and complex. Full of haunting secondary and tertiary flavours. Goes well with all desserts, especially dark chocolate. But it absolutely takes off with creamy blues cheese and roasted, salted almonds!
