Made from a blend of young fortified Verdelho, it has a fruity sweet aroma, but is very moorish on the palate. Hints of caramel and toffee. 

Favourite amongst Chinese connoisseurs due to its flavour similarities to yellow rice wine.

Great with all cheeses and desserts, as well as lightly spiced Asian and Indian dishes.

Serve chilled or at room temperature.
