Aged to perfection in the cool of our underground cellar, this Semillon is at the peak of its drinking life. Still vibrant, but showing signs of mellowing out, with hints of toasty creaminess. Lovely citrusy aromas - lemon, lime. Firm, but not overpowering acidity, and exceptionally long mid-palate, that lingers on and on.
Drinking beautifully now, with plenty of cellaring potential left.
Ideal with fresh oysters, sashimi and prawns.

Susanne Drayton was the wife of William, Second Generation Drayton. He looked after the vineyards and made the wines, and Susanne managed the admin and logistics side of the business, whilst raising their 10 children at the same time!
