So delicate and elegant for a young Semillon, with fresh citrus aromas, beautifully balanced with gentle acidity. 

Amazingly long and persistent finish, with generous core of lemon/lime mouthfeel. Very approachable now, with a long cellaring potential.

Outstanding with fresh seafood, zesty summer salads, and spicy Asian dishes.
