What an amazingly smooth, yet concentrated Cab Sav this is! Dark, brooding and rich. Wonderful tannins and fruit, in perfect balance with each other.
Drinking absolutely beautiful now, but has plenty of cellaring potential left.
Ideal with Massaman curry, lamb chops, Korean BBQ or chargrilled eggplant. Drinking beautifully now, but will benefit from further careful cellaring.
