Heritage Vines Chardonnay
The Drayton’s Bull Paddock vineyard, planted in 1965, is the basis for this impressive Chardonnay. Light yellow in colour with green hints, aromas of white peach, citrus and honeysuckle. Citrus, white nectarine and biscuity complexity on the palate with flinty mineral acidity on the finish.
A wine ideally suited to poultry, game birds, pork & creamy pasta.
