Hunter Red is a medium-bodied dry red wine, made using the finest Shiraz grapes grown on our estate.

Dark cherries, plums and vanilla, backed by strong oak tannins and wonderfully savoury length on the palate.

It's ready to go now, but it will benefit from further careful cellaring in the medium term.
