Log Press Tawny
Made from a blend of aged tawny fortified wines ranging in age from 7 years to 12 years, that is matured in large oak casks in the cool of our cellars in the Hunter Valley.
This fortified is tawny brown in colour with an olive tinge; the nose exhibits strong nutty aromas complexed with oak and rancio characters. The palate is long and flavoursome with an extremely soft smooth finish.
A fortified ideally suited to all cheese and those special desserts.
