Exceptionally smooth and velvety. Lots of dark fruits and hints of vanilla oak. The tannins are soft and well balanced, with that 'creamy' broad finish you'd expect from a well aged Cabernet.

A wine ideally suited to beef, spicy meats, veal, kangaroo & roast duck. Equally delicious with all cheeses and charcuterie platters.
